Mr. Virender Handa – The visionary Founder of CCi who is a graduate of ‘Business Hospitality’ from Macquarie University Sydney. After working for 6 years in the F&B sector in Australia where he managed boutique restaurants to convention centers. He returned to India to start his venture and offer Indian customers the best of multinational cuisines accompanied by top-notch service. Virender Handa’s name is now synonymous with the CCi brand and is a well-known gastronomic consultant.
Mr. Kapil Middha - is the co-founder of CCi and the soul of the kitchen. After graduating in Hotel Management from India, he moved to Australia to pursue his degree in ‘Tourism and Hospitality’ from Macquarie University Sydney. He continues to push culinary boundaries redefining classics and innovating fusion delights to keep every customer’s taste buds alive.

At Charcoal Bistro, we endeavor to create an Indian Kebab and Curry, Studio experience, Serving authentic & delectable kebabs including favorites like Malai Mutton Seekh, and Pahadi Chicken Tikka along with our curries Chicken Makkhanwala & Dal Makhani.
